I have about four litres a day, not sure what that is in ounces like you say but I know that its just over eight pints. I crave it too, if I don't have a glass or bottle of water next to me when I'm working or whatever I'm still always reaching out for it anyway! Cassie and Jason drink a lot as wel, its so good for you! Keep up the good work Di xx

dont feel bad about it I allow my self one pop a day, and water the rest of the time pluis my milk I LOVE milk so I have to have at least 2 a day, boy I sound like I drink alot of fluids
