A friend just sent me a link to this site. http://www.fitday.com
You can put in everything you eat, your weight, activities, goals everything and it will track everything for you. It will also tell you what you need to do to reach your goals. I have only just put in everything for today but it already looks really cool.

I've also used that site. A lot of the bodybuilders use it. It's great for me mostly to track the amount of protein I need in a day. I thought I was close, but I wasn't.

The only thing is that I couldn't figure out how to make it track Sodium. There is sooooo much sodium in a lot of foods. I am trying to cut back on it also.

Oh, that's right, the "STT" wink.gif. I didn't think I'd really use it enough to buy the software, so I figured I'd try the free one for a while to see if I stuck to it. I eat basically the same thing every day, so once I have it down, I probably won't have a need for the software package.

Good to know they track sodium, though. Just checked the difference between two packages of chicken breasts. One bought from Walmart, the other from Costco. The Walmart one had a TON more sodium. Tasted like it too.... yuck. And I like salt!
