The eating everything in sight because I'm in denial and breastfeeding which is causing me to starve DIET. tongue.gif Each day that goes by since Megan was born I tell myself "today is the day to start the diet" and well...it's been 8 days or so now and still haven't done it. I even made it easy on myself and said "ok, we'll start by cutting out some soda. Only 2 sodas a day." Well...I can't even stick to that. rolleyes.gif

It's a modified version of WW and South Beach, I guess. I watch my white starch/ sugar intake and eat plenty of veggies/protein/whole grains and water.
I've combined what I have learned from both diets and applied it to how we eat.

I wish I was on WW but I can't afford it right now.... So I'm trying to eat less and exercise daily... the eating less part is going okay but the eating healthier part isn't going so great sad.gif

I am not really on a diet. I put on a lot of extra pounds with my last pregnancy but drinking about 64 ounces of water and not eating anything sweet or any junk food has helped me shed all of it in 6 months. I also workout everyday and dance, so that helps too.

I think if you eat right and work out you can lose all the weight you want to lose and you won't put it back on.
