This morning Allie learned the baby sign for "more" redbounce.gif redbounce.gif redbounce.gif redbounce.gif redbounce.gif redbounce.gif redbounce.gif We used sign language with Ben and it helped us sooooo much, so we were very excited to get started with Ally. She is still a bit choppy at it, but good grief! she just turned 7 months!
Next I will try to teach her "all done"

I would just give her a bite of food, then say "you want more?" then I would do the sign for more, while saying "more, more" then I would make her little hands do it and say "more, more" then I would give her another bite. It took a few weeks, but now she is getting it. It took Ben a little longer to get started, but once he did, he picked up a sign every day or so. His first word was "Is dat? " and I would tell him what it was and show him the sign for it. He had over 30 signs at one point. It was a total life saver for us. wink.gif
