Omgosh, it seems like when I'm drinking all my water, my bladder is always full. How often do you go pee when you drink all your water.

I'm going like 3 times for every 20 oz.

I don't know the frequency with which I pee, but when I first started drinking it again it seemed like I lived in the washroom. I am up to 4 litres a day and go at lease 1 an hour to the loo. rolling_smile.gif

Supposedly your body eventually gets used to it. Mine has started to. I'm going once every 32 ounces or so. Now. A week ago, I lived in the bathroom.

I agree, it's hard to believe water is so healthy for you as it just seems to come right back out. Reminds me of those dolls that pee. LOL rolling_smile.gif

Marie, you'll get used to it--i drink a lot of water, sometimes more than 100 ounces a day and i don't go any more often than anyone else, in fact most of my friends have to pee much more than i do, like when we go on road trips and are out and about, they always have to pee and i don't.
here is the downside--i get thirsty much easier than everyone else because i'm so used to so much water. i can tell you for sure that if i survived a plane crash in the desert i'd die of thirst before all the other survivors--i just can't go long without water.
i know it's a morbid thought but i watched a program the other day on discovery channel or something to that effect about a group whose plane crashed in the kalahari and they were so thirsty, etc and while i'd love to see the animals there--they were nearly attacked by an elephant and saw monkeys and stuff, i know i'd be the first to croak due to lack of hydration!
