I just bought a 2 lb turkey breast that I want to bake for lunch.....how long? 30 min...45??? And at what temp? 350*?

Oh my goodness. Is it cooked already? If so, all you are doing is warming it. Normally the ones we buy are smoked. I would think 30 mins should suffice. wink.gif And 350* is fine.

Do you have a meat thermometer? You don't want to overcook turkey b/c it's dry. I forget what the internal temp should be, but I bet you can find it on line. wink.gif

Nope, don't have one. It's been in for just over 30 min and it's not cooked through, I cut into it...thank goodness!
