I myself would never take them
But if you want to them its your choice.
But I will say this you can loose weight if you put your time in to it and it wont be easy its hard work and lots of will power
Eat your 3 meals a day just dont over eat to get Full
Eat fruits and veggies between meals
and exercise that is the most important part of it and that includes walking for at least an hour or more a day smile.gif
Dont give up

They are a bad idea IMO. Put me in the hospital. The pills are just a short term effect. They do slim you down, but way unaturally. Most people just gain the weight back in a couple months...and it's usually more. JMHO. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, but maybe try healthier food choices. Don't be in places where they serve burgers and soda and don't buy them if you can help it. Maybe talk with a registered dietician. You'll get better results...

Good luck! hug.gif

I've considered it. I might try something - at least something to give me more energy - when I'm done bfeeding. Haven't researched all of the side effects yet, but plan to. wink.gif

I think they are bad news and an easy fix that eventually you will pay for. My girlfriend did it. I was so jealous because in a few months time she lost a TON of weight, although she looked putred by the time she was done taking them. I hadn't seen her for a few months and when I finally did she looked fatter than she ever was before. They are NOT a long term fix and IMO that is the route to go, getting your body to an ideal weight the hard way. That means exercise, controling your eating, etc. It's hard but it will stay off that way. I am working my butt off each week and losing only 0.6 pounds a week. Sucks, but I know the slower it comes off the harder it will be to come back on.

I use them and they work for me. The only other thing that worked was not eatting and I'm desperate but not THAT desperate. I do think one should be very careful and resarch thuroghly before taking and consult a doctor. which is kinda a give in but even though they pulled ephedra they have herbs that work in the same fashion that are being put in pills.

I decided last night to try it on my own for a month or two first, then I will see about the pills.
