No Bake Club Cracker cookies
Ingredients: Club crackers 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup butter or margarine 6 oz. (1 cup) semi-sweet choc. chips 1/3 cup milk 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup crushed peanuts 1/2 cup sugar 1. Line the bottom of a 13x9 in. baking pan with the crackers. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add milk, brown sugar, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Pour over crackers. Top with a second layer of crackers. 2. Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter together in a saucepan. Spread over crackers. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Chill 3 hours in refrigerator. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Warning: These are very addicting! Use at your own risk! I *will not* be held responsible for any added pounds that may result from eating these! |

These look awesome, if only they were low fat and calories then I could try em. Can't even make em for the boys cause they wouldn't get them , they sound to delicious.

I forgot to add that they're CALORIE-FREE & FAT-FREE for mommies, but will add 10 lbs. to DH or kids if they eat them !!
