Crockpot Beef Stew
2 lbs. London Broil or Beef Stew 1/4 c. Flour 1 tsp. Paprika 4 lg. Carrots 3 lg. potatoes 1 c. condensed Beef Broth 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 lg. onion 8 oz. tomato sauce Peel the potatoes and carrots, toss them in the bottom of the crockpot all mixed up. Cube the meat up, and cook it with the cut up onion until the outside is brown. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and flour. Add the meat to the mixture. Then add to the crockpot on top of the vegetables. Combine the beef broth and tomato sauce in another bowl and pour overall. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. -------------------- |
