Hey everyone! I don't know if anyone remembers me cause I haven't posted here for a long time. I had to stay away from the boards because I was becoming obsessed with trying to get PG which lead me to be an emotional wreck when AF would come. Anywho, my DH and I decided to take a break from trying to get PG because we have been dealing with him having chronic back pain and getting med boarded out of the military. I didn't want to get on birth control again because I know that it can sometimes make getting PG take longer once you decide to try to get off of BC. Also, we don't BD very often because he is always in pain. So that brings me to my question.... My cycle varies from 26 days to 28 days. AF started on May 27th and we BD on June 7th (CD 12). I "think" I O'd on July 8th because I had some mild cramping on that day. Then yesterday and today (CD 20) well, mostly today... I have been feeling really bloated... I can't even suck in my stomach. This morning, I was getting cramping where my left ovary is. It was pretty uncomfortable but tolerable. You know how it feels when you have been running or walking for a long time and you get those cramps in your side? That's how it felt except lower down. Has anyone else experienced this and then found out they were PG? Even though we weren't necessarily "trying", I would be so happy if I were PG. I'm not getting my hopes up though. I was just curious if anyone else experienced what they thought was implantation pain and what it felt like. Thanks! -------------------- |

Hey!
I wanted to say HI first and foremost, secondly, my husband was Med boarded out of the navy ..., Thirdly, I have experienced a lot of cramping with this pregnancy, even early on. Which the dr. said could be implantation as some women experience mild cramping .. Hoping you get the results you are looking for!! -------------------- Jessica

Thank you If you don't mind me asking, how did your husband's med board process go?
Did he get any kind of disability? We are just really nervous about how this will affect our income. Also, I believe that my DH will still have full medical coverage, but I don't think they will still cover me. It's just an extremely stressful situation. -------------------- |

I don't know what implantation feels like but I did have early cramps for about 6-8 weeks with both so cramping is normal............
I think what you should do is wait for a week or two and take a test. I know that isn't what you want to hear but it is the only way to know for sure. Try not to stress out about because that won't help. I hope you are! -------------------- |

Urg Med board went well I guess.
He did get disability 50% which is a pretty nice check each month. Pays the mortgage! As well, as he has medical coverage, However myself and our daughter do not. We did for 180 days after he was discharged but that was it. I understand how stressful it can be. I was 7months pregnant when this happend to us. He was discharged July 20th, and I had the baby on August 8th, and on July 20th, he had no job ... not until August 9th ... AHHHHHHHHHHHH ... So I know how you feel. If you have any questions or need to talk, feel free to PM me. -------------------- Jessica

Thank you so much, it would definitely be nice to talk to someone who has been through that mess. We are going to try to get as much disability as we can. I'm mostly nervous about the medical insurance because I have asthma and have an inhaler that I have to use everyday. That inhaler alone costs over $100. Hopefully everything turns out okay though -------------------- |

Ya things like that can be a little unnerving, but most jobs have benefits, nowhere near as good as military but they help defer the cost!!

Christie,
I don't know why I just saw this. Hope everything goes well with the Med board. It depends on the level of disability he gets. With my ex husband, because he was discharged from his med board at 100%, not only him, but my son gets a check. As well as myself when we were married. We also got paid full disability from the SSA. Which helped out a lot as I had just had my son when we got the med board finished with. If you have any questions you can feel free to PM me |
