I couldn't wait.... I already made one of his recipies!!! Ha!

Actually the caloric intake is approximately the same as I eat now.... about 1200, give or take a bit.... and I eat about 1400cals a day.... so I just compensate and add a few things throughout the day

It's a great principle, too. It makes sense that foods that take longer to make are healthier for you. Think of all of the garbage in pre-packaged food.
