I don't know what you would call this
Six chicken breasts 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 onion, minced 1 T olive oil 1 can/jar spaghetti sauce About 1 cup shredded mozerella cheese Cut a slit in the side of each chicken breast, sprinkle garlic and onions inside. Lightly sear in the oil over high heat. Add can or jar of spag sauce, spoon a little into the slits in the chicken, and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, cover and turn heat down. Simmer about 20-25 minutes. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, sprinkle each with grated mozerella and spoon sauce over the top. Recover just until cheese is slightly melted. This was SO yummy and the chicken was super moist and juicy. We ate it with fresh baked french bread and green beans. |

So this looks like a stovetop version of chicken parm- is that what it tastes like?

Mmm, I'll have to try that. DH loves anything with Spaghetti sauce so it really sounds like something he would enjoy!

Sort of, without the breading. It's a staple here |
