I need Jakob to start taking a vitamin. He is off his pediatric drink and doesnt eat a wide variety of foods. I tried the flinstones and he hates them..it was such a fight then ended with him puking so it defeated the purpose.
I tried crushing it and hiding it in spag sauce, since that is a staple for him and it was a no go...
does anyone know of an undetectable liquid? or one he might not mind?
He has to have one with iron in it.

I don't know of a name brand off hand, but I know our local health food store carries liquid vitamins, so I know there are some. I also know there are vitamins that look/taste like gum balls. I have no clue what is in them or how natural they are, but maybe he'd like it?

I asked this question a while back. Chloe used to call the Flintstones "spicy". We used a half of a vitamin at first and eventually, the kids got used to taking them.

You can try gummy vitamins, liquid vitamins etc. Lots of choices.

Convincing the world that the only way to solve the ongoing issues while raising children is PERSISTENCE. You have to keep trying things and not give up........ they eventually go away on their own. ;-)
