B-12 side effect?

Happy Easter! Group: Members Posts: 2,970 Member No.: 1,117 Joined: 30-December 04	I have been belching like mad today after starting the B-12 supplement. Could this really be a side effect? I know that iron makes me belch a corn flakes flavor, but this isn't as pleasant, unfortunately. Maybe you need food with it, or maybe you should take it on an empty stomach. Or are you taking other supps that may be causing an upset? The doc is the one who put me on the B-12, so I would hope that she would have mentioned side effects.
