The other night I scared my poor husband half to death! I was dreaming that I was wearing a green scarf or boa thing around my neck. Then, I dreamt that I woke up in bed still wearing it, and when I looked up the end of it had turned into this bright green snake's head. It was right above my face looking at me. It seemed so real, and I hate snakes. This is what happened as a result of my dream: My DH wakes up as I'm flying out of the bed running down the hall screaming. And then I finally realized all of it was just a dream so I started walking back to our bedroom laughing. Then, I proceeded to sit down on the floor by our bed, which is a weird thing for me to do. From down there I told him that I just had a bad dream and what it was about. I just thought that was crazy! I've never flipped out like that before! Hopefully that won't happen again. I thought this would be a funny topic to post. What crazy things have you mommies dreamt about or done while sleeping when you were pregnant?

LOL!!! I bet your DH got a kick out of it! emlaugh.gif

I think the weirdest dream I had was that I gave birth. That's not funny, but how I gave birth was.... my baby kicked soooo hard that she punched a hole in my tummy and crawled out. LOL If only labor were really that easy!!!

I know I have some very very strange ones, but I can hardly remember them, even when I am not pregnant. But I know they have been very wierd. My DH says that I talk in my sleep too -

I have had very vivid dreams even when I was little. One time I punched my XH while I was sleeping - I was dreaming that I was in a fist-fight with someone else - laugh.gif

OMG I dreamt that I had a puppy like 2 months ago! I had the stragest feeling for quite a while. Glad to know I'm not the only one out there having pups! As for other dreams, I have quite a few. In the past month or so I have been having pretty frightening dreams. So bad that when I wake up to go to the bathroom I have to lay there and talk myself into getting out of the bed. That bad sad.gif I sure ope they end soon, it is too creepy. sad.gif

I heard that dreaming about giving birth to puppies when you are pregnant means you will have a boy...kittens = a girl.

Funny you should bring up such a topic. For the past week and a half I have had nothing but scary dreams.

First there was one where I woke up and my son had been kidnapped from his room in the middle of the night.

Then there was one where my dog was mauled to death by another dog while out for a walk, while the owner was trying to hold on to him.

And last night I dreamed my mom was trying to drown me in a public swimming pool.

Can't Wait to go to sleep tonight. blink.gif

I'm sorry to hear that. Who knows, maybe your little one will time it just right so daddy can be there! Chin up.
