Ok,I have lost 9 pounds and haven't gained or lost any in a couple days..So my question is this..Is it possible to only lose inches and not pounds?? The reason I ask is because my shorts/pants feel looser on me..TIA smile.gif

yes because you may be losing pounds of fat but gaining pounds of muscle, which weighs more than fat so in that case you'd be getting smaller, because muscle takes up less space than fat but it's more dense so your actual weight won't change.

Your muscles could also be retaining water while they repair themselves if you've recent changed the intensity of your workouts. This is especially true when you are working out with weights.
