Does anyone here use Vonage Broadband Phone service? What are your thoughts on it?

I'm so sick of BellSouth....it is constantly going out for no reason at all. It's out right now and there wasn't a cloud in the sky and it's 70 degrees. I've had it, I'm ready to make a change!

Yes we have it and it works great. We had to work out a few kinks but after the first week or so, it was fine.

One caveat, the alarm companies will not monitor your system if you have Vonage. They say it has to be a land line phone. You may want to check with any systems you have hooked up to the phone system to verify that they will work with Vonage. Satellite TV, Monitored alarm systems etc.

Fabulous, thanks. We don't have an alarm so that's not an issue! I think we'll order our converter tonight!!!
