Burping! If you can get a burp out of there, it really does help...a little anyway.
Anyway, just wanted to share smile.gif

That would do nothing for my nausea, but the diclectin prescription sure works well!

I don't think diclectin is avaiable in the US, but there is a similar thing I have heard.
Hopefully yours goes away before that!

What helped me was having a saltine and some water next to the bed which I ate BEFORE sitting up in the morning.

Also the Preggo Pops work too... I never puked with either kid.

fresh pineapple always helped me. I couldn't get enough of the stuff. That and french toast. I'd cook a meal, look at it, get sick and go cook french toast. It's a wonder Logan's first words weren't french.

I used sea bands and they really helped me, but my nausea was really minor. I never puked with either pregnancy.

I used the sea bands with all three of mine, and they worked great...i just was against using any drugs of any kind when i was preg. even though they say the risk is minor for something to happen due to the drugs, i didnt want to take any chances! their answer is always you have to decide if the risk out ways the bennefits, to me no!
jmo. i didnt want to be the one person who had a problem with it.
