Ashley said a two new words...., One I am not so thrilled about, LOL

Happy Spring! Group: Administrators Posts: 27,473 Member No.: 2 Joined: 8-February 03	In the morning, I always ask Ashley, "Want some cereal?" And, then I pretend like I am taking a bite and say with a big smile, "Yum Yum". Well, this morning, I did the same thing. WHen I asked her if she wanted some cereal, she said "Sht" I think she might have been trying to say cereal, LOL. So, I took a bite and said, "Yum Yum" and she said "Yum Yum" Way to Go, baby! I only do it when I hurt myself....which is pretty often since I am klutz!) DH starts repeating the word in a really high pitched baby voice with a lisp. "Thit, thit, thit, thit!" "thun of a bith!" It always cracks me up but it is also a pretty effective way to get me to realize how much she is picking up. I really don't want her first words to be those. The first step is admitting you have a problem right? -------------------- Cary

DH and I do this to each other too--now we say things like buttwad and "frell" instead. He's going to grow up saying "buttwad!!"
