you can replace an egg with 1/3 cup of applesauce (any of those little motts applesnacks or whatever are about 1/3 cup) in a cake recipe  or is it oil that you can replace it with apple sauce? Oh, now I'm confuzzled. |

| i forget the exact amounts, but its oil, I think 3 tbs and then baking powder that was from one of my allergy cook books. and I ate them and they were great! |
