I just realized not more then 5 minutes ago that since the move I have had more energy and haven't felt like sleeping my days away. I'm starting to work out again, and go for walks during the day and I'm doing it on my own.

I would feel better I think if I were on my medication, unfortunetly the wait for a doctor here is 2 years, and I don't want to start when there's a possibility that I won't be able to get another perscription.

This move really is a new start.

That's awesome Marie!!! WTG! This really gives me hope. Things aren't so good for me right now. I'm off my meds for good and I'm about to lose it. I just want it out of my system and I may try to go the "Tom Cruise" method (au natural)...vitamin B supps. We will see. But the "coming off" is not so good. I went down to half a pill every other day like my doc suggested, but now I'm completely off and it's making me feel like I'm hung-over all day...Dizzy, nauseous, depressed and sleepy. It will pass. Anyhow...ENOUGH ABOUT MY SAD STORY!!!! That's for another post.

I'm so glad you're doing so well! Keep it up! hug.gif
