I don't know if this is still PPD or not... I'd stopped taking my meds in the spring. I haven't taken anything for it since then. Lately I've just been blah about everything. I don't feel like cooking, cleaning, I don't even feel like playing with the kids (of course I do though). I don't feel like doing anything. Even my drive has suffered...dh and I are going on 2 weeks. ![]() I just feel like I'm going nowhere and I'm running around myself in tiny little circles. |

I get like that every now and then. It normally will pass on its own though for me. If it gets any worse why dont you see a dr about it. |

yep I get days like that, had one the other day. I seem to get them in the late fall/winter. Hopefully I can figure either a trigger or somethign to help me pull out of it cause I hate feeling like that. ![]() |

Has the weather changed where you are? Many times, a change in weather- from sunny summer to drab cloudy winter/ fall- can cause a change in emotion. |

This is the worst itme of year IMO - I honestly think it is a phase you are going through because I get like that in November/December every year....... |

I just remembered the time change too.... Add that to the list of possibilities. Or maybe you just need Brad Pitt to walk through the door to get things going. ![]() |

Here's an article on http://professionalpatient.typepad.com/professional_patient/2007/09/coping-with-fal.html. The "treatment" I was referring to is at the very bottom. |

I get that way every now and again too. For me, a break from the ordinary life helps, like spending a long day or evening with friends or going shopping by myself. I hope you feel better soon and it is a simple "fix" for you!! |
