| We have a Women's World here in Tally so I thought I would go check it out this evening. I really liked it so I joined. They have childcare so I am set. I got on the bike tonight and plan to hit one of the cardio classes tomorrow. On Monday I have an appt. with a personal trainer to set up my workout plan. I am really excited about this. I made a 2 year commitment so I have to go. |
