I'm new here and I just gave birth last year. I know that it is important for us women to stay in shape to look good and feel good about ourselves after giving birth.

I am wondering if any of you have regimens, techniques, diet, etc. to keep a healthy body? I would really like to read your stories and suggestions.

Well it is unavoidable not to gain weight right after birth of the baby & if the delivery has taken place in normal state then you can start workout regime within couple of month to get back in proper shape, also some food restriction needs to be there like starch based foods or any junk foods needs to be taken on minimal way to avoid excess weight gain.
