I did my yoga DVD last night and OY remind me not to go over a week with out doing it. man that was HARD my butt and arms are a bit sore today. I need to make me a scheulde of rotating things and stick to it. Sure made the lifewalker feel like a breeze. |

OH goodness I know how you feel I went almost a month without doing my gazelle when I started back OMG I hurt bad... anyway keep it up you can do it!!! ![]() |

Well at least you know it's working, right? Sorry it hurts so bad...I totally kwym! I have never been too great at yoga. It takes a lot of practice I guess. The more you do it, the easier it gets...which I guess is what you can say about anything, right? Although I don't think yoga EVER got easier for me! LOL! Rotating your type of workout is always a good idea. Keep up the good work! |

Ya know, most people (AKA my family) don't think yoga and pilates are "real" exercises....then they try them....and then they're sore for days afterwards. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Edited b/c i didn't like the way I said stuff. ![]() |
