Hi all, I am going to be starting my daily weight lifting and excerise routine again. The last time I worked out for two weeks straight I lost almost 15lbs. My goal is to be in very good shape by my birthday in September. My goal is to be at least close to what I weighed when I was in my 20s. Good news is I have more muscle tone so might even look better I have around 40lbs to loose though! I am going to try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. Does anyone have any software or websites to recommend to keep track of my progress. What I am looking for is a database type application to track everyting I did on a daily basis. For example one that I can record what weight machines I used and what weight and reps on it, etc. Thanks! |

I don't know of any specific software, but worst case you could use Excel. Good for you, and good luck with your goal! |

Yeah, I was thinking about just programming a database web app on my own but I have so many projects going on right now, that I do not have time for it. |

This looks kind of cool, you can chart measurements and food along with workouts http://www.workoutware.com/get_the_cd.shtml |

have you ever considered making a blog where you can track your weight and progress? |

Rod, I found http://www.exertrack.com/exertrackcom/default.aspx . I don't know whether it's any good or not, but it's freeware so at least you won't be out anything if it's no good. In fact, I think I'm going to put it through some paces. I wonder if it does the fire inspector day long stair master routine? |

Sparkpeople.com I think is the best website. It pretty much has everything. |
