| I joined LA Weight Loss today. I'll start the program on Sunday (I have to work overnight on Friday). If I keep with it, I can lose the weight I need to by the end of August. And I'm going to do it this year. It's time to spend the money and time on myself. Go me!!! |

| Update, I am down exactly 4.4 pounds in 4 days. And I'm not starving and I don't have a headache. Wow, I got on the scale and I said, "Nuh uh, no way." Then they played "I like to move it" from the movie Madagascar. Yeah, I can do this if I keep seeing results. |

| If you are allowed to say it on this board, what is LA Weight Loss? Is it similar to Weight Watchers? It is rather new in my area and I have never heard of anyone doing it before. |

Kind of like WW, but no group meetings. Weigh ins are done on a one on one basis. And they adjust your meal/food plan according to how you are doing loss wise. There is a website. Just google it. It explains a lot. The first two days are rough, but then it's much easier. |
