My 4 year old is refusing to drink water.. She will drink only for the last 4 days... I have been trying everything i can think of to get her to drink the water i give her but she just spits it out!! How can i get her to drink water willingly again?? I cant keep giving her juice its to sugary..

I would stop giving her juice altogether and keep offering the water. When she's truly thirsty, she'll drink the water.

We give Erin "water juice", which is either straight up water or water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. Either way, it works. You can fool some of the people some of the time!

maybe give 4oz. of juice mixed with 4oz. of water (totally water down the juice) happy.gif

I agree and then I'd slowly decrease the juice and up the water until there is only a hint of flavor to the water. Good luck!
