I had joined weight watchers a few months ago. I did really well for the first three months, I lost 11 pounds right away, and the main thing was I was walking on my treadmill daily. I felt stronger and healthier then I have in a long time...but then the kids got sick and the holidays are here and I have totally lost all motivation for this. I am totally off the program and my skinnier jeans are getting tight again.. please help motivate me...I really want to keep going with this. ![]() |

At night after the kids go to bed, get on the treadmill and read a book or watch tv while you are walking. |

thats funny..remember i have the non sleeping kids...and my treadmill is in my room which is where andrew is.... so I was doing it in the morning, when I do like the exercise and dh was watching the kids, and he still offers, but I feel so lazy. but you hit the nail on the head...night time is my worst time. dh is at work till 1230am and I cant sleep till he gets home, so I am bored and tired and just eat... but I am determined to somehow get back into this. |
