I had joined weight watchers a few months ago. I did really well for the first three months, I lost 11 pounds right away, and the main thing was I was walking on my treadmill daily. I felt stronger and healthier then I have in a long time...but then the kids got sick and the holidays are here and I have totally lost all motivation for this. I am totally off the program and my skinnier jeans are getting tight again..
please help motivate me...I really want to keep going with this.

At night after the kids go to bed, get on the treadmill and read a book or watch tv while you are walking.

thats funny..remember i have the non sleeping kids...and my treadmill is in my room which is where andrew is....

so I was doing it in the morning, when I do like the exercise and dh was watching the kids, and he still offers, but I feel so lazy.

but you hit the nail on the head...night time is my worst time. dh is at work till 1230am and I cant sleep till he gets home, so I am bored and tired and just eat...

but I am determined to somehow get back into this.

hug.gif I am working on me again and tuesday I went shopping at the mall and walked the entire thing BOTH levals and felt so good after. I do love walking and with it being cold out its harder to do now, I just need to go do that a few times a week, or something like that. I get board walking in place, I need to see new things while walking.

Good luck you can do it, just keep at it

girl get up and get on that treadmill you wont regret it!!!

Although I'm pretty hypocritical I'm sitting on my butt right now eating WW taco soup rolleyes.gif But i have total faith that you can do it.. remember how you felt and don't forget to reward yourself. They have AWESOME WW ice cream you can buy at most stores!! hug.gif hug.gif You can do it just keep reminding yourself at how much energy working out and keep with the program gives you!!
