Does anyone have any tips on how to sneak in some veggies for my picky eater?

You can try an omelet using spring onions , parsley, ripe tomatoes ,sausages, onions with some salt and pepper.That must work . My kid is also a picky eater and I found out some ideas to prepare a 5 minute mini meal, 10 minute breakfast and 15 minute dinner using fresh and healthy ingredients.

Do you liquefy the onions and tomatoes before putting them into the eggs?
