 I haven't been feeling very well for about a week now. Not with the flu, but problems with my stomach again. I couldn't take the pain anymore, I called in sick today and I'm glad I did. The doctor on-all examined my lower abdomen and it was very tender on the left side. He said it could be irritable bowel, diverticulitis or an inflammation or the bowel. I have to drink lots of water, I'm on 2 kinds of antibiotics and a mild laxative and I have to watch what I eat. The doctor ordered blood tests and a urine sample. Plus I have another ultrasound scheduled for next Thursday at 7:30 am. One of the antibiotics can react with a medication I'm already taking and the other one will make my skin more sensitive to the sun. Don't have to worry about that here, we haven't had much sun, just lots and lots of rain. I feel awful and just want to go to bed. |
