Well I went today and found out that the only way for me to get my hearing back is to have surgery on that ear. My eardrum has collapsed. There is no fluid in my ear. They will have to go in and put a piece of plastic behind my ear drum to hold it up and put in a permanent tube in my ear.  I am just upset about it cause I am tired of going thru all these diffrent things. I am just so sick of it. I was just hoping that they could drain the fluid off my ear. But NO its much worse than that. I could leave it the way it is forever, but then I wont ever be able to hear out of the left side ever again. So I am gona do it. I go back on the 11th for the consultation and they will schedule it then. |

I'm sorry you're having to deal with that, at least there is something that can be done though  KUP. |

They dont know. I had alot of ear problems when I was little so they are blamming some of the problem on that. |
