I think I'm going insane

I've recently quit my job. I couldn't handle the stress any more and can't focus on anything at this time anyway. So I spend A LOT of time cleaning and being inside the house. Sometimes during the day, out of the corner of my eye I swear I see my daughter. It only last for a few seconds then shes gone. She's always just standing there looking at me or has her ipod on. She always walked around listening to her ipod. She looks a lot better and healthier then when she left. Sometimes I'll even hear her voice talking on the phone or saying something I can't really tell what it is. This is both scary and comforting at the same time. No one else in the house is feeling this. Has this happened to anyone else? Seeing or hearing a deceased loved one? Or am I just nuts??

I don't know what to say, but the fact that you seeing her healthier tells me she's in a much better place now. Hopefully that will help you heal.

I see my dad in my dreams, that's it. I think losing a parent is much different than losing a child, though. How long has it been since she passed?

I've seen and heard ghosts my entire life, there is nothing nuts about it. Your daughter is just trying to tell you she is still with you and that she is ok.

It's been exactly 3 months... But it feels so much longer

I"m going to go ahead and be the one to say that its probably a figment of your imagination, grief and your seeing your daughter how you use to, when you guys were happy. And I'm sure in the back of your mind without really thinking about it you do expect her to be there hug.gif hug.gif
