| I was 11 weeks pregnant and now have to have a D& C. I'm nervous and don't know what to expect. |

| I am so sorry. It will be fine. They will talk you through it. What kind of sedation are you getting? For one at 15 weeks, I was totally under and the other about 8 or 9 weeks I had twilight sedation, so I was awake enough to know what was going on. I am not very comfortable talking about the mechanics of the procedure, but wanted to send you lots of hugs. And my prayers go to you and your family at this time. | I had one about 11 years ago. I too was knocked out and on meds so I don’t remember much. |
