| Did anyone take extra folic acid before and during ttc? Did you notice any side effects? |

| I'm not taking extra folic acid, but it is included in my pre-natal. I haven't noticed any side effects tho. |

| My OB recommended that I start taking prenatals which contain extra folic acid up to six months before ttc. |

same here. I think I started 2 or 3 months before we ttc. I didn't noticed anything out of the ordinary. |

| I did/do. I have pcos so my body doesnt absorb as much folic acid, so I take more to make sure that I have enough. I also eat a lot of foods that has folic acid in there naturally. No side effects or anything. |

| I am not taking extra folic acid. My OB just gave me the right dosage when I was pregnant. |
