I bought some whole wheat flour intending to bake some bread with it, anyone know if I need to do something special? like can whole wheat flour just be switched out for regular flour in a recipe? and what about flax seed meal? can I just toss that in? or should I reduce the amount of flour then? Anyone else use any different kinds of flour? |

I don't think you have to do anything special for the flour, I don't know about the flax seed. allrecipes.com has tons of wheat bread recipes, that might help. |

I don't know about the flaxseed, but I've substituted wheat flour for white in several recipes and never had a problem. |

OK - now you are scaring me - I can understand making bread healthier - but cake AND cookies |

Yep, I've done cookies, cake, muffins with no problem. I've never done bread because I just use a wheat bread recipe. In a lot of the stuff you really can't taste the difference. |
