Silence of the Lambs, if that is a horror film. I never "jump" when I watch movies since it's all acting

I LOVE Interview with a vampire. Great movie, great book.

I generally hate horror films tho, I haven't really seen any of them. No Freddie, Jason, children of the corn, none of it.

I am a huge fan of scary movies!
I love "The Exorcist" and any devil type movie and I so heart the "Halloween" series...use the Halloween music as my cell phone ringer.
I'm not much into slasher movies so I don't care for the Friday the 13th or Freddie Krueger movies but I love a really good scary movie. cool.gif

I'm more into action an sci/fi than horror. The Friday The 13th, Halloween, and Nightmare on Elm Street type movies are fun to watch with a group. Some of the ones I do enjoy are (the original versions only):

28 Days Later
Interview With A Vampire
The Exorcist
The Omen
Children of the Corn
Well, most of Steven King's works.

Funny story about Arachnophobia, Lisa. It came out when I was in Jr. High. My best friend and I went to see it with her next door neighbor Justin (who was super cute). You know that scene where the spiders start crawling out of the bathroom drains, well, Justin decides it would be hysterical to drag his straw slowly up my leg. I screamed, jumped out of my chair and spilled my popcorn. And he laughed his bum off.

I totally want to laugh at the vampire part but I can't because.......... zombie movies freak me out, I have had nightmares and even woken up in the middle of the night checking windows (slowly so I don't get too scared if there is one in my window rolleyes.gif laugh.gif ) I can't watch them anymore.. either I have gotten too old or too chicken or both blush.gif blush.gif

I refuse to watch horror movies... so I do not know! tongue.gif

Although funny thing... I can watch the show "A Haunting" (the one on the Discovery Channel about homes/places with Demonic type hauntings) and only occasionally be creeped out... and I can watch shows like Ghost Hunters, but I cannot, no way, no how watch Six Sense.

Does that make me crazy. I tend to think, maybe yes. Lol

Other than that... no scary movies for me k'thanks.

I LOVE scary movies!!! The ones that freak me out the most are the ones that 'could' be real, like lunatic people that decide to kill everybody. Not so much ghost ones as I don't believe ghosts can do those kinds of things - I do believe ghosts exists, I just don't think they will try to kill you. Demons, sure, not so much ghosts.
Anyway, that got off track a little! laugh.gif That's a subject for a different thread.

My faves are vampire movies, but I really love them all.
