If he doesn't have 25-50 words by 21 months then he has to have a hearing test.
I'm not really worried because I know he hears fine but I am worried that something else could be wrong.

| So everything was good but we are WAY behind the curve on speech. He only says Momma, No, UhOh, and Hey. He used to say Daddy and JJ (the dog)but now he won't say them anymore.
